As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will play a vital role in assessing functional abilities, addressing barriers to participation, and implementing individualized interventions that enhance independence in daily living, employment, and community involvement. Your work will align with Pennsylvania’s Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations, ensuring comprehensive, person-centered care in home, residential, and community-based settings.

  • Offer guidance on modifications to home and work environments to support accessibility and inclusion.

Collaboration & Interdisciplinary Communication

  • Work closely with Physical Therapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Behavioral Specialists, Support Coordinators, and Employment Specialists to develop a holistic care approach.
  • Provide consultation to families, caregivers, and community providers to ensure consistent support across all environments.
