Biography
I have spent years refining my skills in operational leadership, focusing on the seamless delivery of person-centered services that align with state regulations and exceed stakeholder expectations. My journey has been guided by values of authenticity, transparency, empathy and a determination to make a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
My ability to foster dynamic partnerships with the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP), the Department of Human Services (DHS), Supports Coordination Organizations (SCOs), service providers and community resources positions me as a trusted ally and advocate. With an eye for detail, structure, and efficiency, I ensure that every aspect of service delivery is optimized for success, contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.
