How May We Serve You?

We are approved to render services to adults and children throughout Pennsylvania via In-Home and Community Services. Under the umbrella of In-Home and Community Services, Pennsylvania offers three primary waivers to support individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or developmental disabilities: the Consolidated Waiver, the Community Living Waiver and the Person/Family Directed Support (PFDS) Waiver.

Consolidated Waiver

This waiver is designed to enhance the quality of life for individuals by enabling them to live more independently in their homes and communities. It offers comprehensive services that promote community living, including both self-directed service models and traditional, agency-based service models.

Community Living Waiver

The Community Living Waiver supports individuals with an intellectual disability, autism or developmental disability to live more independently in their homes and communities through the provision of a variety of services that promote community living, employment, communication, self-direction, choice and control.

Person/Family Directed Support (PFDS) Waiver

This waiver provides resources and support to help individuals live more independently in their homes and communities. It offers a variety of services that promote community living, including self-directed service models and traditional, agency-based service models. These programs aim to promote independence and community living by providing various services.
