As the Director of Talent Acquisition at Allegheny Alliance, you will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s talent acquisition strategies. - Full-cycle Recruitment:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition leader in the industry or a similar field.

- Experience leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
