Allegheny Alliance will provide services in the Northwestern and Central regions, while Elite2serve Healthcare Solutions will manage the Northeastern and Southeastern regions of Pennsylvania.

Northeastern Region: Berks, Bradford, Carbon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike, Schuylkill, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wayne, Wyoming.

Southeastern Region: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Philadelphia.
